Gateway Scouting Drive Thru Fundraiser

Who: All are invited to sell tickets, secure sponsorships, donate to the auction, volunteer, or even buy a great lunch to support Scouting!
What: Fundraiser to support the operations of the Gateway Area Council and Camp Decorah as well as help support your local unit.
Where: Drive-thru Lunch will be based out of the Onalaska American Legion parking lot, with options for delivery at sponsorship levels $750+
How units participate: Looking for an opportunity to raise money for your unit, or a way to help your Scout fund their Scouting adventures for the next year? Your Scouts can benefit by selling tickets for the Gateway Scouting’s first ever Drive-Thru.
Scouts will earn $2 on every pre-sold ticket they sell by December 2nd as well as 10% on any sponsorship secured. Units can also earn 10% back on any approved donated auction item/experience. We will also be looking for parents and leaders to volunteer the day of the event and on the sponsorship and auction committees.
Ways to support: Sponsor, buy lunch tickets, sell lunch tickets, donate online, mobile bidding on silent auction, and volunteer.
Where to sell tickets: Work, businesses, friends, family, at storefronts/civic clubs, coworkers, social media, and don’t forget to buy some yourselves.
