Save the date for the Section G10 Conclave on September 12-14, 2025 at Gamehaven Scout Camp in Rochester, Minnesota!
At Section Conclave, around 100-200 Arrowmen from across Wisconsin and Minnesota will come together for a weekend of games, patch trading, campfires, making new friends, and creating new Scouting memories!! The event will feature shooting sports, escape rooms, and a patch auction, plus many more activities!
The cost to attend Section Conclave is $60 if registered by August 31, or $70 if registered after.
- NST Golden Ticket - Conclave attendance is included in the cost of the Golden Ticket. This year, the Section has asked lodges to manage reimbursements directly, so if you have a Golden Ticket, please Fill out this form: 2025 OA Section Conclave Golden Ticket Holders Only, we will register you.
- EARLY BIRD - Arrowmen who register by August 31 will save $10 off the $70 registration fee.
