Signup to sell at Festival Foods or Valley View Mall - Please use this signup genius to pick your date and time to sell popcorn onsite.  Please print and sign the Cart Lobby Agreement and bring with you to Festival Foods.

If you want to sell at Woodman's or Walmart, contact the stores directly.


If your unit is not selling popcorn, but would like to sell on your own, great!  Here is the individual Scout sales information!

Troop Commitment Form  - Complete this form in order to receive the 2% bonus commission on your troop’s popcorn sale, your troop must have two adults attend the August District Kickoff Meeting, submit your Troop’s calendar/program plan by September 30, 2019.

Letter to the parents of your pack, troop, or crew is customizable to for your unit of the importance of the popcorn sale.

Family Information Sheet - Sheet that can be customize by your unit and handed out to the parents with all of the crucial informaiton like what the goal is, contact information important dates and other information.

Program Planner Worksheet - Can be used by the pack, troop, crew patrol or individually to plan for the year and how much popcorn would have to be sold to pay for the Scouting program for the entire year.

Goal Tracking Thermometer - Can be used by den, pack, troop, patorl, crew or individual to keep track of their progress.

Prize Form - All of the great prizes that are available for each sale level.   

Bonus Prize Form - Prizes that all individuals are eligible to earn like the Singing Chicken, 24" SMArT TV, Cub Scout Campership, Scouts BSA Campership and the Winner's Circle.

Winner's Circle - Sell $2,500 and choose a prize from the Pecatonica Winner's Circle.  Sell $4,00 and choose from additional prizes.
