Friday, May 1, 2026

• 6:30-8:30pm: Arrival and Check-In, Camp Set-up
• 9:00-9:20pm: Camporee Staff Meeting - Pavillion
• 9:30-10:00pm: Leader Meeting (SM, ASM, and SPL required) – Pavillion **Bring Leader’s Guide
• 10:00pm: Taps and Quiet time

Saturday, May 2, 2026

• 5:55am: First Call
• 6:00am: Reveille
• 6:30-8:30am: Breakfast and cleanup. Arrival and Check-In available.
• 8:30-9:00am: Colors, Opening Ceremony, and Announcements
• 9:00am-12:00pm: Insect Study Merit Badge
• 12:00-1:30pm: Lunch and Break
• 1:00 - 2:00pm: Finish Insect Study Merit Badge
• 2:00pm - 4:00pm: Bug Olympics
• 4:00-7:00pm: Supper and Iron Chef preparation
• 5:00pm: Retreat to the Colors
• 7:00pm: All entries for the cooking competition shall be turned in
• 7:15-7:30: Iron Chef Judging
• 7:30-7:45pm: Closing Flag Ceremony
• 7:45-9:30pm: Awards, Campfire, Crossover, and Order of the Arrow Induction Callout
• 10:00pm: Taps and Quiet Time

Sunday, May 3, 2026

• 6:00am: Reveille
• 6:30-8:30am: Breakfast and Cleanup
• 8:30-9:00: Scout’s Own Service
• 9:00-11:30am: Clean up, Pack up, Check-out and departure

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Scout Service Center.

Any refund granted may have a portion kept back to cover administration costs already incurred for the attendee.

All refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
