Join us for five action-packed days of summer fun at our Week-Long Day Camp! Open to Cub Scouts and siblings, this camp offers an exciting experience filled with shooting sports, nature exploration, swimming, special guests, and more. Whether your Scout attends for a single day or the entire week, they are sure to have an unforgettable adventure!

For the BEST experience, we recommend attending all week, but we understand how busy summers can be, so we offer flexible registration options.

Cost

• $170 for the full week

• $40 per single day

• Adults attend for free

• Kindergarten & First Graders need a parent/guardian to attend with them based on their Fall 2025 grade.

Daily Schedule

• 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Check-In

• 8:30 AM: Opening Flag Ceremony

• 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning Sessions (Activities 1 & 2)

• 12:00 PM: Lunch

• 12:30 PM: Den Competitions

• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon Sessions (Activities 3 & 4)

• 4:15 PM: Closing Flag Ceremony

• 4:30 PM: Check-Out

Overnight Camping Option

Campers have the option to stay overnight at Camp Decorah to reduce travel time.

• Cost: $5 per night (Pre-registration required)

• Lodging Options: Camper cabins (no mattresses) or tent camping

• Facilities: Access to refrigeration, showers, and restrooms

• Evening Activities: No organized evening programming, but campers can enjoy trails and the fishing pond

• Meals: Meal service may be arranged for an additional fee (must be coordinated in advance)

While your camper enjoys their activities, parents can take advantage of air-conditioned workspace and wireless internet at Hagerman Hall if needed.

Refund Policy

All camp fees must be paid in full two weeks prior.

Cancellations can be made through Tentaroo at anytime by clicking manage registration until 2 weeks prior to an event.

All Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Scout Service Center or emailed to gatewayaccounting@scouting.org with full detail of request two weeks prior to camp. A portion may be held back to cover admin costs.

Any last minute refunds will only be given for extenuating circumstances (i.e. death in the family, major illness).

Refunds will not be given for a change of mind, vacation plans, summer school, extended sport schedules, or no shows.
