If a representative from your Unit attends at least 7 Council Roundtables from September 2024 to May 2025, your Unit will receive a credit for a free weekend of tent-camping or a BOGO overnight in a lodge at Camp Decorah!

 

March Roundtable Topic: NOW is the time to make your SUMMER PLANS!

Dust off your sunglasses, flip-flops, tank tops, and Hawaiian shirts...it’s time to start thinking about summer!  Grab a refreshing beverage and join us on March 13 at 7:00 pm to learn about the exciting programs at Camp Decorah this summer.

• What should you be doing NOW to plan your unit’s summer program? 
• What can you do NOW to get your Scouts excited and prepared for Summer Camp?
• Do the Scouts and Adult Leaders in your unit have the required medical forms they need to go to camp?
• Are you looking for fresh fundraiser ideas to help your Scouts pay for camp?  Do you have a unique fundraising idea that could help other Units?
• Learn answers to these questions and more by attending Roundtable!

 

CUB SCOUT VOLUNTEER BREAKOUT – Plan NOW for Summer Activities & Recruitment

1. Discuss ways to keep your families connected to Scouting during the summer and help your Cub Scouts earn the Summertime Fun Elective Adventure.
2. ALSO: Learn about summertime activities that would be FUN for your Cub Scouts and could also grow your Pack.

 

SCOUTS BSA VOLUNTEER BREAKOUT – Chippewa Valley Air Show & OA Elections

1. A representative of the Chippewa Valley Air Show will talk about an exciting and unique opportunity for troops to camp at the air show and do some fundraising at the same time!
2. ALSO: Learn everything you need to know about conducting a troop Order of the Arrow election.
