For ALL Cub Scout and Scouts BSA Volunteers

Learn about:

o  UNIT LEADERSHIP SUCCESSION PLANNING – Why and how should your Unit plan for sustainable leadership?

o  What are the keys to a smooth ARROW OF LIGHT TO SCOUTS BSA TRANSITION?

o  COUNCIL UPDATES: Winter Klondike (rescheduled); Winter Wonder Cubs Overnight; Spring Camporee, and more!

SCOUTS BSA & CUB SCOUT BREAKOUTS:

o   Come prepared to share what’s new in your Unit (activities, service projects, and other news).

o   Connect with other volunteers and Council/District Key 3 about celebrations and challenges in your Unit.

***ROUNTABLE INCENTIVE***

If a representative from your Unit attends at least 7 Council Roundtables from September 2025 to May 2026, your Unit will receive a credit for a free weekend of tent-camping or a BOGO overnight in a lodge at Camp Decorah!
