JOIN THE FUN – INFORMAL IN-PERSON ROUNDTABLE GATHERINGS!

WHO?
For ALL Scouting Volunteers
(Cubmasters, Den Leaders, Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Crew Advisors, Committee Members, Scouting Parent Volunteers…ALL ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!)

WHAT?

  • Pot-Luck meal – no need to cook dinner that evening!
    • A main dish will be provided
    • Bring a dish to share and your Scout-friendly beverage(s)!
  • Informal Adult Volunteer Gathering (CLASS A UNIFORM NOT REQUIRED)
    • Connect with other Adult Scouting Volunteers in your area
    • Share your celebrations and discuss new ideas to improve your unit
  • What if I have young children?
    • Bring them along…supervision for children will be provided!

***ROUNTABLE INCENTIVE***

If a representative from your Unit attends at least 7 Council Roundtables from September 2025 to May 2026, your Unit will receive a credit for a free weekend of tent-camping or a BOGO overnight in a lodge at Camp Decorah!
