Oak and Embers
Oak and Embers is a local fundraiser supporting the Coulee Region with Scouting America, Gateway Area Council. Join us for an amazing, relaxed evening featuring a wide selection of whiskey tastings, fine cigars, and select food.
Event Details
- Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026
- Time: 6:30pm to 9pm
- Location: Camp Decorah, Holmen, WI
- Admission: This event is open to supporters of Scouting to attend. There is no cost to attend. At the event there is an ask for a donation, while it is not mandatory to give, we are hoping to have a donation average of $100 or more per attendee.

- Vintage Reserve Sponsor – $5,000
- Private tasting room at venue, premier recognition in all event promotions, signage, and materials, and whiskey station.
- Golden Oak Sponsor – $2,500
- Prominent recognition at event with whiskey station, other event signage, and public recognition.
- Smokey Barrel Sponsor – $1,500
- Signature Recognition as food sponsor and in select promotions.
- Humidor Sponsor – $1,500
- Sponsor of outdoor cigar tasting station and in select promotions.

- Company recognition at event with a shared whiskey sampling station.
